1) Ninja Jump Tuck
2) Sandbag Combo
clean the sandbag, get into the squat, press sandbag & lunge backwards, get into the start position, repeat on the other leg
3) High Knees/Knee Cross Push Ups
6 high knees, get down into the plank, cross knee push-up, cross knee on the opposite side, jump up, stand up
4) Plank Jacks
