Instructions:

as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

1) forward-backward weighted jump - 10
2) ab splitter and super girl push-up - 5

ab splitter (toes, middle, ankles)
roll over
push up with leg & arm lift, drop down, push up & lift other arm & other leg
