Instructions:

16 rounds of 5-25 sec intervals



during 25 sec intervals:



1) high knees with jump rope
2) squat press with dumbbells
3) high knees with jump rope
4) dumbbell rows - 2 reps in bend over position, go down into a plank, do 1 row with each arm, stand up, repeat as much times as possible in 25 seconds
5) high knees with jump rope
6) jump lunge and twist with 1 dumbbell
7) high knees with jump rope
8) one leg toe touch push up
