Instructions:

As much rounds as you can in 12 minutes

1) weighted 1 leg step up - 10 each leg
2) Sumo dead lift with heavy weight - 20 reps (last 2 reps should feel super hard)
3) weighted 1 leg step up - 10 each leg
4) 1 leg weighted elevated bridge - 12 reps each leg
5) weighted 1 leg step up - 10 each leg
6) 1 leg elevated lunge - 12 reps each leg
