Instructions:

3 rounds of

1) pistol squat - 5 reps (each leg)
2) Vertical leap - 10 reps
3) 1 leg lunge + deadlift - 10 reps (each leg)
4) side jump lunge - 20 reps
4) 1 leg bridge - 10 reps each leg
5) standing leg lift - 20 reps (each leg)
