Instructions:

As many reps as you can in 3 minutes



Flying burpee yoga challenge



Get into the plank (feets wider apart), put right hand in front of you, touch alt ankle and return (5 times), bring your feet together, raise left leg up, step forward, hands up, jump lunge switch legs, arms up, arms towards the ground, get into the plank, bring your feet wider apart, repeat the same thing on the other side.
