Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes

1) Competition Burpees w/ Alternating Pistol Squats - 10 reps total
2) Dive Bomber Push-ups - 10 reps
3) Weighted Step-ups w/ Jump Squat - 10 reps each leg
4) Lunge Press w/ Knee-Up - 4 reps each side
