Instructions:

warm up
side bends
circles - 3 each side
jogging, some jumping jacks

2 rounds of

1) jump squat & side lunge - 20 reps alt sides
2) 1 leg pike press - 10 reps alt sides
3) bulgarian split squat + lunge forward - 5 reps each leg
