3 rounds of

1) Snowboarder - 20 reps
2) Jump into the plank, do a push-up, turn into the side plank, do the crunch with your elbow to your arm, get back into the plank, jump forward, jump 180°
repeat on the other side - 10 reps total
3) Jump squat leg lift - 20 reps
4) Dive bomber push-up - 10 reps
