Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 10 minutes:

1) Kettlebellswings - 20 reps
2) Jump lunges - 20 reps
3) Hanging knee raises - 10 reps
4) Reversed push-ups - 10 reps


Try to complete 4 rounds!
