Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

1) Weighted Half way down Pistol to Curtsy Lunge with a Curl – 10 reps on each leg
2) Kneeling Push Ups to Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 20 reps
3) Jump Squat to Bottom Pistol - 20 reps alt legs
