Instructions:

3 rounds of

1) Half down pistol to regular pistol to 1 leg plank to 1 leg push up to knee tuck – 5 sets on each leg
2) Jump tuck & pistol – 10 reps alternating legs
3) 3 level shoulder press (standing, kneeling, sitting) – 4 sets alternating arms
