Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes

1) Kettlebell Snatch alternating arms – 10 reps
2) Figure 8 squat with elbow twist (with Kettlebell) – 10 reps
3) Squat jumps forward/back to drop down and up – 10 reps
