Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes:

1) Suitcase squat with kettlebell - 5 reps
2) Donkey kick jump squat - 5 reps
3) Suitcase squat with kettlebell (other side) - 5 reps
4) Donkey kick jump squat - 5 reps
5) Reptile push up - 5 reps on each leg
