Instructions:

20/10 sec intervals

1) High knees with jump rope
2) Kettlebell swing
3) Jump rope double unders
4) Figure 8 squat
5) High knees with jump rope
6) 1 leg goblet squat
7) Jump rope double unders
8) One arm kettlebell swing - alt
9) High knees with jump rope
10) Side to Side Kettlebell swing
11) Jump rope double unders
12) Czech swing

+ as many competition burpees as you can in 12 seconds :)
