Instructions:

Intervals of 40/10 seconds

1) Kettlebell swing
2) Bridge
3) One leg goblet squat to front kick - left leg
4) One leg goblet squat to front kick - right leg
5) Reverse squat to deadlift
6) Kettlebell swing
