1) Stationary jump lunge – left
2) Backward lunge knee up – left
3) Stationary jump lunge – right
4) Backward lunge knee up – right
5) Curtsy lunge to squat – left
6) Curtsy lunge to squat – right
7) Jump squat – touch down
8) Stationary side lunge – left
9) Stationary side lunge – right
10) Side lunge jump
