As many combos as you can in 3 minutes

Get into the plank, raise your right arm in front of you, touch your opposite ankle (3 times).
Get your legs closer (in plank).
Raise your left leg.
Step forward.
Arms up.
Jump - switch legs.
Get into the plank.

Repeat the other side.
