Instructions:

1) Side jump lunge - 20 reps
2) Weighted side lunge with knee up - 20 reps
3) Weighted kurtsy lunge to side kick to side jump lunge - 20 reps
4) Weighted side lunge jump to sit down (& get up) - 20 reps

5 rounds of

1) 1 leg bridge - alt legs - 20 reps
2) Kettlebell swings - 20 reps
3) Kettlebell squat jumps - 20 reps
