Instructions:

Part 1 – Butt & legs, you’ll need a chair for support

1) Ballerina Knee up - 20 reps
2) Ballerina (feet open) knee up to back leg lift - 20 reps
3) Back leg lift to front toe tap - 20 reps

Repeat on the other leg.

Part 2 – Arms, shoulders, and back

1) Weighted bunny slope - 20 reps
2) Upright row - 20 reps
3) Bend over row - 20 reps

Part 3 – Abs

1) Supported sit up knee tuck - 20 reps
2) Wag the tail to extended legs - 20 reps, alternating sides
3) Bicycle - 20 reps
4) Table top crunch x 2 reps
