Instructions:

Light workout for beginners and for recovery

Butt & Legs

1) Side bend to squat - 20 reps
2) Deadlift to heel raise - 20 reps
3) Stationary lunge - 15/15 reps
4) Side lunge deadlift - 20 reps alt

Back, shoulders and arms

1) Curls to lateral raise - 10 reps
2) Diagonal punch - 20 reps
3) Kneeling row - 20/20 reps
4) Chest press - 20 reps

Abs

1) Scissors - 20 reps
2) In & out knees - 20 reps
3) Knee hold - 20 counts on each leg
4) Elbow plank lifts - 20 res
