Instructions:

1) Sumo squat - 20 reps
2) Front & back calve raises - 10/10
3) Bridge - 20 reps
4) Clams - 20/20
5) Alt. bicep curls swiss ball - 20 reps
6) Dumbbell diagonal raise swiss ball - 10/10
7) Tricep Extension - 15 reps
8) Laying dumbbell V-raises - 10/10
9) Superman lifts - 20 reps alt.
10) Swiss ball hip cross over - 20 reps
11) Pass the ball - 10 reps
12) Kneeling hip raise to bird dog - 20 reps alt
