Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

1) Weighted curtsy lunge to calve raise 10/10
2) One leg bridge to windshield wiper 10/10
3) Horizontal Scissors - 20 reps
4) One leg kneeling push up - 10 reps alt
5) Butterfly - 10 reps
