As much rounds as possible in 15 minutes
1) Heel raised sumo squat - 10/10 reps
2) Side to side squat - 12 reps
3) Deadlift to dumbbell overhead raise - 10 reps
4) Plank up - 10 reps
5) Hollow knee tuck to bridge - 10 reps
