Very unsure about the reps
1) Combo #1
2 jump squats, jump tuck, 3 push ups - 5 sets
2) Combo #2
Crab kicks ups (4 reps) + high mountain climbers (4 reps) - 5 sets
3) Combo #3
1 leg pike press push ups (10 reps) + 1 leg squat jumps (10 reps) - 3 sets on each leg
4) Combo #4
Break dance push ups alt. sides - 20 reps
