Instructions:

3 rounds of

1) Front lunge knee up - 10/10 reps
2) Deadlift / front raise / squat & press - 10 reps
3) Kneeling short leg lifts - 20 reps + stationary lunge - 10 reps (repeat on other leg)
4) Dumbbell V-raise to bridge - 20 reps
5) Weighted overhead criss-cross crunches - 20 reps
