Instructions:

2 rounds of

1) Deadlift to squat with ball overhead - 15 reps
2) Dumbbell rows - 15 reps
3) Push ups - 15 reps
4) Butterfly leg lifts - 15 reps
5) Chest press - 15 reps
6) Weighted hip raises - 15 reps
7) Criss cross weighted crunch - 16 reps
