no jumping, fitball, circuit
Instructions:

3 rounds of

1) Circle squats with swiss ball - 10 reps
2) Standing toe touches - 10/10 reps
3) Back extensions - 10 reps
4) Push ups x 10 reps
5) Swiss ball hip cross over - 10 reps alt.
6) Swiss ball hamstring curl - 10 reps
