Instructions:

3 rounds of

1) Weighted curtsy lunge leg lift - 10 reps alt.
2) Weighted sumo squat with curl to lateral overhead raise - 10 reps
3) Butterfly leg lift to push up on exercise ball - 10 reps
4) Hip raise to chest press on exercise ball - 10 reps
5) Leg lift toe touch - 10 reps
