Instructions:

As much rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

1) Jump lunge (x2) / rockstar jump burpee - 5 reps
2) Criss cross toe touch knee hug - 10 reps
3) Squat twist burpee - 5 reps
4) Leg extension to high plank knee tucks - 5/5
