Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

1) Side to side squat with heel raise - 10 reps alt
2) Side lunge bent over row - 10 reps alt
3) Plank knee tuck push up - 10 reps alt legs
4) Reverse squats - 10 reps
5) Rocky sit ups - 10 reps
