Instructions:

As many rounds as you can in 5 minutes:

1) Extreme mountain climbers with exercise ball - 5/5 reps
(or regular mountain climbers, or just knee tucks for low impact)

2) Flying burpees - 5 reps
(low impact - without jumping)

3) Ab Splitters - 5 reps
