As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
1) Side to side step with power band - 12 reps
2) Push up to plank + v step - 10 reps
3) Laying leg raises with power band - 20/20 reps
4) Horizontal scissors - 20 reps
5) Hip raise to abductor press - 20 reps
