Instructions:

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes:

1) Exercise ball – extreme mountain climber (x3) to shoulder press - 2 sets
*easier modification - mountain climber - 15 reps (push yourself)

2) Kettlebell pass under jump lunge - 6 reps
*easier modification - kettlebell pass under to jump squat - 6 reps

3) Hanging leg eaises to the top - 6 reps
*easier modification - ab splitters - 3 sets
