Instructions:

3 rounds of

1) Curtsy lunge to squat - 20 reps alt
2) Side lunge bent over row - 20 reps alt
3) Squat to balancing overhead press - 20 reps alt
4) Kneeling santana push up - 10 reps
5) Hollow scissors (x3) crossed legs lift - 20 reps
