fitball, circuit, weights, no jumping, power band
Instructions:

1) Dead lift to heel raise - 15 reps
2) Stationary lunge - 15/15 reps
3) Sumo squat - 15 reps
4) Hip dupported plank rows - 20 reps alt
5) Dummbell V-raise to hip raise on exercise ball - 20 reps
6) Weighted criss cross crunch on exercise ball - 20 reps alt
7) Pass the ball - 10 reps
8) Kneeling heel raises with power band - 15/15 reps
9) Clams with power band - 20/20 reps (knee lift)
10) Wide legged hip raise with power band to weighted sit up x 20
