kettlebell, power band, pull-up bar, circuit
Instructions:

Try to complete this workout in less than 5 minutes


1) Kb deadlift / ballerina reverse squat - 10 reps

2) Pull ups - 5 reps

3) Hanging leg raises - 5 reps

4) Double unders - 20 reps

5) Frog Slide to Reptile push up - 10 reps alt.

6) Low jack / Plank jack push up - 10 reps (with power band)
