Hey guys, here’s a short bodyweight workout for you to try. It’s less than 8 minutes long and each exercise is a 45 second interval. You can follow along or beat my reps, then swipe left to get to the next move. At the end you can see me break a sweat- that’s because the original workout is 16 minutes. Which means you can choose to do this twice or three times! 1) Side jump lunge

2) Transformers (plank => plank on elbows)

3) Hip Raises

4) Jump Forward, 2 Jumps Back

5) Lying Leg Lifts

6) Pike Press to Plank Knee Tuck

7) Ballerina Plie Squats

8) Plank Criss-Cross Knee Tucks
